Experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort in our lodge room at Deer Valley Hot Springs. Designed to accommodate up to four guests, this space features a king bed, a double bed, and a full en suite bathroom. There is a wall and door in between the beds. Each morning, enjoy complimentary coffee available in the lodge common area, located conveniently close to the pool. 

Our lodge rooms offer easy access to a cozy communal seating area and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Guests also have access to a mini fridge and microwave.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in lodge rooms. We have pet-friendly cabins available on property, please see our other listings. 

Amenities: All guests staying at the ranch enjoy access to a range of resort amenities, including a geothermal-fed pool and hot tubs, a sports court, scenic trails, and fun outdoor games like cornhole and horseshoes.

Wi-Fi: Available in the Lodge.

Winter Access: During the winter months, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the lodge in the event of snow or icy conditions.

Heating: The room is heated by a propane wall heater with an open flame behind a protective grate. Please consider this before booking with small children.

Accessibility: Quandary is located on the second floor and stairs are required to access the room.

CLEANING FEE:

  • There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $100 for cabins that will be added on to your final invoice.
  • There will be a $50 fine each time we encounter "graffiti" (marks/drawing/painting) on the walls/doors/utilities.
  • Stripping the bed of sheets would be most appreciated.
  • Any dishes used are required to be cleaned prior to guests departure. In the event that this is not completed to standard, the guests will be charged an additional $100 fee. Photo evidence can be provided upon request for any event in which a guest is charged for this.,

FURNITURE:

  • Please do not move the furniture around in your Cabin or Lodge Room

DEPOSITS:

  • A 50% deposit of your subtotal is due at the time of booking. 25% of this deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining balance for your stay (50%) is due upon checkout from your stay with us.

GRATUITY:

  • Tipping is not automatically added to your invoice. However, we suggest 15 to 20% of your lodging for our wonderful staff. Tips are divided equally among all staff.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 75% back of your total fee. However, for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refund as your initial deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Reservations will be charged as made. Late arrivals, early departures, or shortened stays will be charged at the full rate.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT:

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • We charge $50 for each hour one is late in checking out/leaving their cabin.

PETS:

  • Please contact us regarding pets as we have limited pet-friendly lodging options. Please let us know upon booking if you are bringing your furry friend. There will be an additional $75 cleaning fee for pets.

ALCOHOL AND SMOKING:

  • No alcohol outside cabins or in common areas. No smoking in any ranch buildings or cabins. We are a NO MARIJUANA facility.

GROUPS, RETREATS, AND CONFERENCES:

  • We would love to host your group, retreat, or conference! Off-season and group rates are available from late August through May. Contact us for more details.
