Pomeroy Cabin offers a delightful retreat for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Nestled in the serene surroundings of Deer Valley Hot Springs, this cabin features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each equipped with a tub. The cabin includes a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area centered around a charming fireplace, creating the perfect space for relaxation and connection. Enjoy family meals or game nights in this warm and welcoming environment.

History: Pomeroy Cabin is named after Pomeroy Mountain and the gorgeous alpine Pomeroy lakes, located near Buena Vista. While hiking to these lakes you’ll get a glimpse of some of the mining history of the area. You’ll pass through and have the opportunity to explore the Mary Murphy Mining area, where old mining buildings still stand. Mary Murphy Mine was the major mine accessed by many of the ghost towns in the area.

Amenities: All guests staying at the ranch enjoy access to a range of resort amenities, including a geothermal-fed pool and hot tubs, a sports court, scenic trails, and outdoor games like cornhole and horseshoes.

Wi-Fi: Available in Pomeroy.

Winter Access: During late fall, winter, and early spring, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the cabin in the event of snow or icy conditions.

Pet Policy: Please call us at (719) 395-2353 to notify us if you’re bringing a pet. 

A non-refundable pet fee of $75, plus the standard cleaning fee, applies. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per cabin. If a pet is not disclosed at booking and discovered during your stay, an additional $250 fee will be charged.  

Dogs must be well-behaved, on a leash outside, and not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for reporting any damages caused by pets. An additional fee will apply for pet hair on furniture. Pets must be housebroken, not bathed in the unit, and all waste must be cleaned up promptly. Linens are not to be used for cleaning pets. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property.
