Your resort accommodations at Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch are different than virtually every other Colorado guest ranch with our offering of both lodge and cabins.
Cabins & Lodge
Our mountain cabins are spacious two, three or four bedroom vacation homes. Each cabin has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room/dining area, fireplace and deck with a view.
When you stay in our simple lodge rooms you are right in the heart of Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch. Downstairs from your room with private bath is the lodge lounge and fireplace, the front deck, and the ranch dining rooms.

Centennial Hall or the historic Lodge gives you the choice of reception space for your celebration, depending on your desire. Our unique rustic historic Lodge or Cabins allows your guests to stay on property during your event.

We are an open venue, so we callow for you to bring in your own vendors.
We have a ceremony site next to Chalk Creek so you will have a choice between the chalk cliffs or chalk creek as your wedding backdrop.

CHALK CLIFFS
At the top of the ranch, the stunning Chalk Cliffs provide a unique backdrop to Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch. Embedded in the side of Mount Princeton, these cliffs are a popular hiking destination for guests of all ages, with trail access on the property! Local legend speaks of hidden gold and treasures within the crevices, adding an element of mystery. Despite their name, the Chalk Cliffs are made of granite, with all other minerals leached away, giving them a chalky texture that crumbles when pressed.
MOUNT ANTERO
Mount Antero, the most visible of the two mountains surrounding the ranch, offers breathtaking views from nearly every cabin. Rising 6,000 feet above the valley, this local 14er creates stunning scenery that inspires awe. Guests can explore the ridge on horseback or by hiking to Raspberry Gulch on the mountain’s eastern side, enjoying spectacular views of the valley and the surrounding wilderness – a perfect place for peaceful escape and sightseeing.
MOUNT PRINCETON
Mount Princeton, one of the area’s iconic 14ers, is a striking sight that greets guests as they arrive at Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch. Rising directly across from the main access road, it becomes a memorable feature of any stay. With the ranch located at the southern base of the mountain, guests will experience Mount Princeton in ways many others, both locals and tourists, are unable to. A multitude of trails extend across the side of the mountain, allowing our ranch guests to explore and adventure across Mount Princeton at their leisure.

Our multi-use Sports Courts feature a newly resurfaced area with basketball, tennis, and pickleball. This versatile addition offers all guests a fun and active way to enjoy their time at Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch. Please visit the office for equipment.
Hot Spring Pool & Hot Tubs
Located centrally on the ranch, our pool and hot tubs are all fed by refreshing hot spring water. Deck chairs are available for guests to lounge and relax. The pool and hot tubs are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except on Mondays when they close at 7:00 PM for cleaning.
Our pool and hot tubs are open year-round. Like other hot springs in the area, we treat our geothermal-fed pool and hot tubs to maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. The hot tubs may operate on a rotating schedule, with one occasionally closed for maintenance and cleaning. The pool and hot tubs are shared with all guests of the ranch.
Lodge & Lodge Deck
The historic Lodge is the heart of Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch. Our cozy lodge rooms are connected to a communal living room, where guests often gather in the evenings around the indoor fireplace or relax with a cup of cowboy coffee.
The Lodge Deck is the perfect spot to grill, unwind in Adirondack chairs, or simply enjoy the view. And while we may be biased, we believe the stargazing from the deck rivals any other location in Colorado! Please note, the Lodge and Deck may occasionally be closed for private events.

Trading Post
Located next to the Office, our Trading Post is the perfect place to pick up any last-minute essentials you may have forgotten.
We offer a variety of souvenirs, including stationery, postcards, DVR clothing, hats, handmade mugs, custom artwork, jewelry, and toys for the kids. Be sure to stop by and check out all the unique items we have to offer!
Yard Games
For a bit of fun and friendly competition, our yard game area includes cornhole, horseshoes, and a few other classic games. Enjoy some leisurely play with family or new friends.
