Welcome to the newest gem in Deer Valley!

Once home to the Mercantile, this charming property has been beautifully reimagined with modern amenities while preserving its original exterior character. This newly renovated cabin offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a King bed and a washer and dryer, and the other featuring a set of bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Additional sleeping space is provided with a pull-out couch in the living room.

The cabin includes a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. There are TVs in both the kids’ bunk room and the main living area. Relax outside on the wraparound deck to enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Antero and the Chalk Cliffs. The cabin is located next to the communal sports court, offering easy access to pickleball, basketball, and tennis. 

Please note: Laundry soap is not provided, please bring your own. Both TVs have Fire Sticks but guests will need to use their own log-ins for streaming services. 

Amenities: All guests staying at the ranch enjoy access to a range of resort amenities, including a geothermal-fed pool and hot tubs, a sports court, scenic trails, and outdoor games like cornhole and horseshoes.

Wi-Fi: Available in Wrangler’s cabin.

Winter Access: During late fall, winter, and early spring, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the cabin in the event of snow or icy conditions.

Pet Policy: As Wrangler’s Cabin has recently been renovated, pets require approval. Please call us at (719) 395-2353 to book the cabin if you would like to bring a pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per day, plus the standard cleaning fee, applies.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per cabin. If a pet is not disclosed at booking and discovered during your stay, an additional $250 fee will be charged.  

Dogs must be well-behaved, on a leash outside, and not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for reporting any damages caused by pets. An additional fee will apply for pet hair on furniture. Pets must be housebroken, not bathed in the unit, and all waste must be cleaned up promptly. Linens are not to be used for cleaning pets. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property.

CLEANING FEE:

  • There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $100 for cabins that will be added on to your final invoice.
  • There will be a $50 fine each time we encounter "graffiti" (marks/drawing/painting) on the walls/doors/utilities.
  • Stripping the bed of sheets would be most appreciated.
  • Any dishes used are required to be cleaned prior to guests departure. In the event that this is not completed to standard, the guests will be charged an additional $100 fee. Photo evidence can be provided upon request for any event in which a guest is charged for this.,

FURNITURE:

  • Please do not move the furniture around in your Cabin or Lodge Room

DEPOSITS:

  • A 50% deposit of your subtotal is due at the time of booking. 25% of this deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining balance for your stay (50%) is due upon checkout from your stay with us.

GRATUITY:

  • Tipping is not automatically added to your invoice. However, we suggest 15 to 20% of your lodging for our wonderful staff. Tips are divided equally among all staff.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 75% back of your total fee. However, for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refund as your initial deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Reservations will be charged as made. Late arrivals, early departures, or shortened stays will be charged at the full rate.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT:

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • We charge $50 for each hour one is late in checking out/leaving their cabin.

PETS:

  • Please contact us regarding pets as we have limited pet-friendly lodging options. Please let us know upon booking if you are bringing your furry friend. There will be an additional $75 cleaning fee for pets.

ALCOHOL AND SMOKING:

  • No alcohol outside cabins or in common areas. No smoking in any ranch buildings or cabins. We are a NO MARIJUANA facility.

GROUPS, RETREATS, AND CONFERENCES:
