Deer Valley Hot Springs Ranch is located in Nathrop, Colorado, about a mile west of Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort – a few miles from historic St. Elmo ghost town, and a dozen miles to the Continental Divide. The Colorado Trail runs across the front of our property. We’re minutes from Buena Vista and Salida, and a couple of gorgeous hours from Denver or Colorado Springs. Drive in, take the Bustang from the airport, or even land a private jet at the Central Colorado Regional Airport.
