Retreats and groups
If you have need of a venue for a Colorado Christian retreat, corporate retreat or conference, give us a call and we can help you with your plans. With our ten bedroom lodge, fifteen cabins, and meeting rooms, our Colorado guest ranch can accommodate 80-100 people for church retreats, AA weekends, corporate retreats and school seminars. We will quote you a per person rate based on your total number of people, nights and meals.
AV equipment includes large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, overhead projector and screen, PowerPoint projector, mics and speakers. We can arrange our large meeting area - Centennial Hall - in whatever way you like and can set up conference tables as well. A beverage service in our large meeting room is available upon request. |

Family Reunions? We love ‘em! Every week during the summer months we typically host at least one family reunion. Individual numbers range from six to eighty-six. At the end of their week’s vacation here, families often comment that there was something for all ages and nobody was bored. Reunions can even reserve our large meeting hall, at no extra charge, for a special celebration or anniversary. Many families will plan ahead and have a "group photo" taken by a photographer with Great Outdoors Photography.

Church – Staff and leadership retreats, couples and pastors church retreats.
You bring the speaker and music and we provide the accommodations, food and atmosphere for your Christian retreat. Deer Valley Ranch has a long history with several church groups, primarily from Denver and Colorado Springs.
AA groups like our friendly atmosphere, no-alcohol policy and delicious home-cooked food. We have long-term AA groups that consider the ranch a second home. Their semiannual weekend at Deer Valley Ranch is the highlight of the year for many.
