Rates & Reservations
Deer Valley Ranch is open year round. Our rates vary depending on the time of year and individual vs group stays. As such our rates fall into three categories:
Regardless of the time of year you are thinking of staying at our Colorado dude ranch, we want to assist you in securing the most appropriate vacation package for a Colorado getaway for you and your family. Because no two cabins are alike, we want to talk with you about possible accommodations.
Your Colorado dude ranch vacation will take some specialized planning. As such, Bev and Franci welcome your phone call or email with the make-up of your family and any special requests. Based on their knowledge of the vacation cabins, they will provide you with the best available cabin options for your family vacation package.

- Meals (rates below) are an additional charge.
- We ask cabin guests to eat at least one meal per day in our lodge. This meal is not included in the lodging rate.
- Horseback riding is an additional rate at $35.00/hour; less per hour for longer rides.
- Whitewater rafting is an additional rate of $56.00/adult and $53.00/children 6-12.
- Rates do not include 6.8% tax on lodging or 4.9% tax on meals or gratuity.
- We ask for a $750 deposit per cabin.

Off-Season Rates ~ August 20, 2011 to June 1, 2012

- No charge for children age 5 and under.
- Two night minimum stay on weekends. One night stays charged a $25.00 cleaning fee.
- Rates for Singles (One person in cabin) is 25% discount off the regular rate in any cabin.
- For two night stays we ask for one night's deposit. For three night stays and longer, we ask for a 40% deposit.
- Our off-season rates are deeply discounted from our peak, summer rates and, as such, do not include any meals or guided activities i.e., horseback riding, hiking, fishing, kids and teen programs, golf and rafting. However, many activities are available on your own nearby.
- 6.8% tax not included in rate.
Groups ~ Late August to Late May
We love to host groups here between late August and late May at rates greatly reduced from our peak summer season. Groups that stay on the ranch have use of Centennial Hall at no additional charge, our game room and lodge lounge. Smaller meeting areas are also available. Sue will tailor a dining menu specific for your group and a beverage service is available in Centennial Hall upon request.
We do need a minimum of 30 people, or payment for 30, in order to serve groups meals. For groups less than 30, we offer different options, including the regular off-season rate in cabins as shown above. Please call or email Bev, our group coordinator for a quote for your group. In addition to the dates you are interested in, she needs to know the number of people, the number of nights and which meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) you are interested in.
Based on the makeup of your group i.e, couples vs singles vs youth vs families, Bev will work with your group leader to reserve the most comfortable accommodations for your group. For groups with meals, we ask that you fill our ten room lodge first.
